Kate Forbes is the Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Skye, Lochaber & Badenoch constituency and Minister for Public Finance and Digital Economy in the Scottish Government.

At this Keynote Lunch, Kate will address Highland concerns about the potential for a Transient Visitor Levy, discuss other key areas for Inverness Chamber of Commerce members including: skills and employability; and the critical importance of connectivity – both transport and digital (mobile and broadband) to the success of the economy in the Highlands.
