Philip Hammond, former Chancellor of the Exchequer and Foreign Secretary, will be joining the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) to share his thoughts on the current economic climate and how to drive the economy forward.

This fascinating conversation with Dr Adam Marshall, Director General of the BCC, will address the challenges faced by UK business as a result of one of the biggest economic crises of our time, and new ways we will interact and trade with the rest of the world after the end of the EU transition period.

Discussions will reflect on what policy interventions are needed to weather this unprecedented economic storm. They will explore a potential road to the recovery of future resilience and sustainability in businesses, discussing innovation and new technologies as drivers for enhanced productivity, new skills and jobs and a stronger economy.
