Member of the Week - Clockwork Removals and Storage
Clockwork Removals and Storage is a locally run, family owned company and their Inverness branch operates removals and storage services from Dalwhinnie up to Sutherland and Caithness. Clockwork was set up back in 1996 in Edinburgh and have had a branch in Inverness-shire since 2004. Throughout the last 25 years the business has gone from strength to strength with 8 branches offering removals and storage throughout the UK. Clockwork move commercial and residential customers locally, nationally and internationally and some of their recent clients in the Highlands include; Highlands and Islands enterprise, University of Highlands and Islands, NHS Scotland and Aberdeen University. They have 10 employees working out of our Inverness branch and 151 employees throughout the UK.
We asked Rachel who handles marketing for Clockwork why they want to feature as member of the week: "We want to make other members aware that there is a national removals and storage company based in the Inverness area. The chamber has such a varied and diverse membership with links internationally and we would like to promote awareness of our brand and the local, national and international coverage we offer.
"We would like to promote that we are a BAR accredited removals and storage company with highly trained crews operating a fleet of vehicles from transit vans to 18 ton lorries. Our office and warehouse is based on the Seafield Road, Inverness and we are always on hand to help with your enquiries whether that is over the phone, email or if you would like to pop into the office in person."
Clockwork Removals and Storage pride themselves on competitive pricing as well as consistently low costs on both long and short term storage.
Rachel shared their business plans with us over the next 12 months: "We are a steadily growing company so we are constantly looking to recruit within the local area. We also work hard to promote our staff within the business and offer funding for training porters to get their HGV driver status."
We asked Rachel what Clockwork value most about their Inverness Chamber membership: "We value the exposure that the Chamber allows both throughout local businesses and the wider community in the Highlands."
