DH Recruitment has been in business for over 15 years with Mark owning it for the last 9 years. DH Recruitment specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment in a number of sectors and have supplied a wide range of skilled staff from Solicitors to Shellfish processors. They are part of a large franchise network with over 100 branches through out the UK and are able to call on a wide range of resources and expertise to ensure their clients get the best possible service at all times. At the core of their business is the philosophy of promoting their clients best interests in an open and honest way. If DH Recruitment can’t find an exact match to your requirements they will let you know, they aren’t in the business of just filling a role to gain short term revenue at the long term expense of their client.
Inverness Chamber of Commerce spoke to Judith Hinz, recruitment consultant and sales advisor for DH Recruitment: “I am originally from Germany and have lived in Scotland for 6 years now. I have started with DH Recruitment in July 2017 as a recruitment consultant and sales advisor. Previous to that I was a social worker in various countries in Europe.”
DH Recruitment have a long history in meeting client’s recruitment and employment needs whether that be emergency immediate starts, short term cover or longer term and permanent placements.
Judith told us more about DH Recruitment’s services: “We can offer “try before you buy” temp to perm placements where the client can take someone on as an agency worker for 12 weeks before they transfer at no cost to the clients payroll allowing the client and candidate to both evaluate the role on offer.Alternatively we can place the candidate at a very competitive fixed finders fee.”
We asked Judith about DH Recruitment’s plans over the coming 12 months: “The Coronavirus has obviously had major implications for all of our customers so the coming 12 months will all be about helping them rebuild their businesses and moving forward to better times.”
