About his role in the business, Rob said: “My role involves accelerating the growth of Dynamic Edge across all new and existing geographies. Working with a team of 38 experts in technology, I am proud to have been at the forefront of a company that is built on client success and genuinely delivers tangible efficiencies for businesses of all sizes.”
Dynamic Edge have taken advantage of this member of the week opportunity to showcase Dynamic Edge as the leading local technology partner for the Inverness area, and believe the Chamber is an excellent vehicle to achieve this.
Dynamic Edge offer a wide variety of core technology services, including:
- IT support
- Cloud services
- Infrastructure and data back-up
- Software and application development
We asked Dynamic Edge if they have any new services available to clients, Rob said: “We are working on the development of an all-in-one turnkey cloud solution that can be rolled-out to businesses of all sizes in a fully-managed integration project. It’s called AllCloud!”
Rob shared with us their business plans for the next 12 months: “We are passionate in helping our clients realise the benefits that technology can provide. This year we plan to further improve client efficiencies utilising the latest technologies. Of course, we will also be exploring expansion opportunities both in terms of physical locations and in our client base.”
Dynamic Edge told us about their success in leading high-quality fibre to the Inverness area: After a couple of years of steady growth in the Highlands, Dynamic Edge were at the spearhead of a movement to bring high-speed, business grade fibre internet to the region. Championing the fibre2business scheme in 2017 before it finally came to fruition. Making the BBC and STV news on launch it was hailed as “ground-breaking”, the technology was widely welcomed by the city and the Inverness Chamber of Commerce described the development as “a milestone for Inverness”.
We asked Rob what he values most about his Chamber membership: “The networking opportunities and the ability to make a difference locally.”
Rob shared his top-tip for other Chamber members to maximise their Chamber membership: “Maximise the opportunity to get to know other members, and attend events relevant to your business. You never know who you will meet or what you will learn.”
