Inverness Chamber spoke to David, about he would like HCVF to be member of the week: “We were delighted to take this opportunity to provide an insight into our wide range of services. To celebrate 35 years in business, HCVF have recently rebranded and we are delighted to show our refreshed look to Chamber Members through our new website, which went live in July 2018.”
The importance of video content increases year on year. David said: “Companies that use video enjoy 41% more web traffic from web searches than companies who don’t use video. Video also helps to influence purchasing decisions, share updates on your business, bring you closer to your customers and help tell your story. We would love to sit down and have a chat to see how readers can be using video to develop their business.
"HCVF are always looking at ways of using technology to develop. HCVF was one of the first companies in the north of Scotland to be involved in Satellite broadcasting. Now, the internet has made it much simpler to broadcast ‘live’, so we have continued to invest in our resources and expertise to enable us to broadcast live from anywhere with broadband connection."
David shared with us his business plans over the next 12 months: “The demand for our services from clients who are not primarily based in the Highlands of Scotland is continuing to grow, so HCVF will be looking to expand further into other areas of the country.”
We asked David what he values most about Chamber membership: “The Chamber provide a great service to the region, ensuring close working relationships with local businesses and we value the support we receive from the team as a whole. The Chamber is one of our own valued customers, where we are delighted to produce their annual Business Dinner, a great opportunity for maximising member networking.”
David shared his ‘top tip’ for other Chamber members to maximise their Chamber membership:
“We have always really enjoyed exhibiting and attending the Highland Spotlight Exhibition. It’s a great place to meet other local businesses and buyers.”
