Member of the Week - Jetcloud

Jetcloud is a registered Salesforce consulting partner based in Inverness. Founded by Jo Traquair in 2009, Jetcloud offers a flexible approach to Salesforce consultancy. Jo worked for Salesforce as a consultant in their corporate services division from 2007- 2009, following a number of years in Finance and Automotive IT services.

In late 2009 Jo decided to start her own consultancy, staying within the Salesforce family and becoming a partner. Setting up Jetcloud gave Jo the ability to work more closely with her customers and provide a more tailored service. is the market leader in online CRM (customer relationship management). A subscription-based model, licences are purchased on a yearly, by-user basis. This popular platform is used by sole traders through to global corporations and also not for profits for managing their customers and sales forecasting along with a host of other benefits.  Small businesses benefit from enterprise-level functionality and security at an affordable cost.

Salesforce is highly customisable and can be setup and managed in-house, however it is always recommended to get expert assistance to ensure best practice is followed.

"During my time at Salesforce I realised that the services on offer were limited to one-off project work and there was no focus on ongoing support. I saw this as an opportunity to provide flexible support to customers focussed on their longer term success”, Jo says.

Jetcloud provides assistance for both new and existing implementations. This includes gathering requirements, customising the application, data migration, training and ongoing assistance. Services can be provided as blocks of hours or by the day where appropriate.

"I work with your business as a part of your team to help you establish your sales process and get the best from your CRM."

Over the next year Jetcloud is looking to work with more local businesses to help them be successful with Salesforce.

Please get in touch if you want to discuss how Jetcloud can help you.
